Orders placed on BetterViewBrand.com are processed Monday-Friday (excluding major holidays) and shipped within 3-5 business days Unless Preorder which will be 2-4 weeks.

• Once your order is shipped you will receive an E-mail with your tracking information.
• Due to COVID-19 you may experience delays as we have had to adapt our fulfillment processes to keep our staff safe.

USA SHIPPING

We offer the following Shipping rate to the USA: 

• Standard – $9.00
• Express – $18.00 (Choosing Express shipping does not bypass the 3-5 business day processing period or Preoder's 2-4 weeks)
• Free shipping on orders over $250

INTERNATIONAL (GLOBAL-E) ORDER PROCESSING

Global-E Orders will be subject to:

• Global-E’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. This will be presented to you at checkout.
• The payment of stated fees at the time of checkout (Customs duties/taxes)
• Global-E will act as the seller of record for these orders.
• Your bank statement could reflect either Global-E and/or Better View as the seller.

INTERNATIONAL (GLOBAL-E) DUTIES AND TAXES

Payment of duties at checkout covers the following:

• Your order will be delivered by the courier. 
• Once your order has been received, duties and taxes are non-refundable.

We offer the following Shipping rates going outside of the USA: 

• DHL Express-$20 USD
• Once your order has been received, duties and taxes are non-refundable.
